VPLATE considers the act of creating and using videos for purposes not directly owned by the company but for third parties as 'resale'.
This includes advertising agencies, freelancers, and partner companies using VPLATE to produce videos for the purpose of advertising or promotional assistance. The 'resale' of videos created using VPLATE is permitted only for customers on the Enterprise plan.
The following cases are also considered resale activities:
Even if an individual is involved with multiple companies as an employee, creating videos for different companies or brands within a single account is considered resale.
Creating videos for third parties, regardless of whether financial profit is involved or not, is considered resale.
