1️⃣ Can I download templates for free?
At VPLATE, you can utilize all templates for free to create your own marketing videos. However, downloading template project files for use in separate video editing programs is not possible.
Additionally, the images and videos shown in the template previews are copyrighted materials used to demonstrate the template's design and cannot be downloaded or used in video production as they are not licensed for commercial use by third parties.
2️⃣ Can I only change the text and add photos or videos to videos produced by VPLATE?
Primarily, VPLATE allows you to create marketing videos for your products by replacing text and media files based on templates. Beyond this, customization options like color changes, font changes, and BGM changes are also available to tailor the video to your brand.
3️⃣ Is it possible to adjust the font and photo sizes during video production?
In VPLATE's editor, you can replace text and media files, and it's possible to zoom in and out or crop photos. A font change feature will be released in March. Enterprise plans also offer the option to upload and use brand-specific fonts.
4️⃣ Can I know the size of the images and videos to use in video production?
Currently, the editor does not provide the size requirements for images or videos you need to input. However, since videos are produced in Full HD quality, using media files larger than 720px will prevent pixelation in the video. A feature to inform about the required media file sizes in the editor is also planned for a more comfortable production environment.
5️⃣ Can I adjust the duration of the video during production?
The design editing and modification of the video production system at VPLATE are currently not possible, to maintain the design of mobile-optimized short-form videos as part of VPLATE's policy.
6️⃣ What should I do if I cannot insert a photo or video into the template?
VPLATE's templates may require only images, only videos, both, or neither. If you have a specific number of images or videos you wish to include in the video, it is recommended to select the most suitable template from the template list using the media file filter.
7️⃣ Is it possible to insert a logo or personal image into the template?
Some templates are designed to insert logos in the final scene. Using these templates, you can feature your brand's logo in the video. Additionally, an enterprise feature for adding a brand watermark throughout the video is coming soon.
8️⃣ How do I change photos or videos?
As shown in the images above, the editor displays areas where you can input photos or videos. You can select these areas to search and use Free Stock or upload and use your own images or videos.
9️⃣ What are the limitations on inserting images and videos?
The limitations for images and videos to be used in production are as follows:
Images: Formats include jpg, png, jpeg, webp, with a maximum file size of 10MB.
Videos: Format is mp4, with a maximum file size of 500MB.
🔟 Why do I get a failure message when inserting an image?
When producing a video with VPLATE, you can upload and use your own images or videos. However, if the image or video has been improperly encoded elsewhere, it may be recognized as an incomplete file and cannot be processed correctly. Files can also become corrupted during transfer due to compression in device or cloud environments. Please upload the original file following the extension and maximum file size rules. If problems persist, contact customer support for assistance.
