1️⃣ Can I use it for free after signing up?

Yes, you can!

At VPLATE, once you sign up, a free plan is automatically applied, allowing you to use AI features and other tools to create marketing videos for free.

However, under the free plan, you are limited to three renderings per month, and the videos will be produced with a watermark, making them unsuitable for commercial use.

2️⃣ What should I do if I can't log in with my registered email?

Sometimes, if you use both work and personal emails, you might forget the email address you registered with. You can find your email address using the 'Find Email Address' feature.

However, if you are sure of your email address but still can't log in, please contact customer support for direct assistance.

3️⃣ How can I withdrawal?

You can proceed withdrawal through the 'Delete Account' option at the bottom of the My Page.

Please consider the following before withdrawal:

  • All videos in progress or completed will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

  • Any coupons you have will be deleted.

  • Any active paid plans will be automatically terminated without a refund.

4️⃣ What should I do if I don't receive the verification code during sign-up?

VPLATE's mobile verification is conducted through an international text messaging system. Occasionally, texts sent from VPLATE may be treated as spam on your mobile

To resolve this, check your spam folder or verify if international texts are blocked.

If the problem persists, please contact customer support for direct assistance.

5️⃣ How do I resolve an issue where my email is not recognized as valid during sign-up?

VPLATE requires an email address as the ID at the time of registration, applying a logic to verify the validity of the email format.

Typically, re-entering the correct email address format, 'username'@'email domain', solves the problem. Also, ensure there are no spaces before, after, or within the email address.

If you continue to see the messages that your email address is not in a valid format, please contact customer support for direct assistance.
