1️⃣ Plan Upgrade

Upgrade Cases:

  • Switching to a higher plan (e.g., Basic Plan -> Enterprise Plan)

  • Changing from a monthly to an annual payment plan

  • Switching from the free plan to a paid plan

Upgrade Payment Process:

<When switching to a higher plan>

The remaining period is prorated at a discounted rate. The subscription fee for the upgrade plan is calculated as the payment amount for the remaining period.

Example)
If you paid for the Basic Plan on April 7th and upgraded to the Standard Plan on April 20th

Payment: $57.43 (Standard Plan amount from April 20th to May 6th)
Discount: $11.89 (Basic Plan amount from April 20th to May 6th)
Final amount: $45.54

<When changing from a monthly to an annual payment plan>

The next payment date is set one year after the last payment date. The remaining period is prorated at a discounted rate. The annual plan's subscription fee for the remaining period is calculated as the payment amount.

Example)
If you paid monthly for the Basic Plan on April 7th and switched to an annual payment for the Basic Plan on April 20th

Payment: $193.6 (Annual Basic From April 20th to April 6th next year)
Discount: $11.73 (Basic Plan amount from April 20th to May 6th)
Final amount: $181.87


2️⃣ Plan Downgrade

Downgrade Cases:

  • Switching to a lower plan (e.g., Enterprise Plan -> Basic Plan)

  • Changing from a paid plan to the free plan

Downgrade Payment Process:

  • The change to a lower plan takes effect on the renewal date, and the payment for the lower plan is made.
    (If changing to the free plan, the plan changes on the renewal date without additional payment.)

Example)
If you paid for the Enterprise Plan on April 7th and downgraded to the Basic Plan on April 20th:
- The Basic Plan applies on May 7th, and the Basic Plan fee will be paid.


3️⃣ Payment Failure

What is a payment failure?

  • If automatic payment fails using the registered card, the paid plan is canceled, and the free plan is applied immediately.

  • Manual plan upgrades/downgrades do not affect the existing plan.

Notification of Payment Failure:

  • A notification email is sent to the payment email address when a payment failure occurs.

Repayment Method:

  • You must start a new paid plan by making a new payment.

  • Access the pricing page, select the desired plan, and proceed with the payment.

  • If a plan was canceled due to payment failure after a promotional discount, the discount benefits cannot be reapplied when repaying.


4️⃣ Refund Policy

Single Payment:

  • Single payments are non-refundable. Please proceed with payment carefully.

Paid Plan:

  • A full refund is available within 7 days of the payment date if no videos have been produced.

  • Even if no videos have been produced, refunds are not available if the SNS upload feature has been used.

  • Refunds are not possible regardless of video production history after 7 days from the payment date.
